INTERMEDIATE INTERIOR DESIGNER - SAN JOSE
- We are seeking an Interior Designer who has extensive experience in the design of commercial office interiors. The ideal candidate will have proven skills in the selection of FF&E, finishes, and materials for projects. They will communicate effectively and collaborate as part of a specialized team of professionals. Essential skills in space planning and conceptual design, as well as the ability to clearly present ideas to team members and clients are necessary.

- Responsibilities of the Interior Designer will include:
- Conceptual design and design development of interior projects
- Selection of interior finishes, furniture and equipment
- Review pricing, materials and value engineering for projects
- Produce space plans, furniture plans, elevations, conceptual and finished design presentation documentation
- Incorporates applicable building code and ADA code compliance regulations
- Provide solutions to design problems and generate design alternatives
- Review drawings, mock ups, materials, and finish samples submitted by project contractors
- Delivers the highest quality of professional service

- Qualified candidates must meet the following criteria to be considered:
- 3-7 years experience
- Holds a degree in interior design from an accredited program
- Strong organizational, communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in space planning
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, 3D Studio, sketch up and free hand sketches
