Purchasing a Paper Copy of AIA Contract Documents

AIA Santa Clara Valley is a full-service distributor of AIA Contract Documents.  We maintain an extensive inventory of current documents available for purchase.

There are three ways to order paper copies from AIASCV

  1. Stop by and pick-up your copies from the office.  We recommend calling ahead to ensure your documents are in-stock.  No credit cards accepted.
  2. Fill-out and fax our AIA Documents order form and we can ship the documents directly to you.  Shipping and handling charges apply.  $20 minimum order required for shipping.

1997 AIA Contract Documents

In May 2009, AIA discontinued most 1997 Contract Documents and replaced them with updated versions of the document.  AIASCV does not sell any 1997 documents but we do have the replacement documents.  If you are looking for a 1997 we have created an easy to use chart which provides the discontinued 1997 document with its replace document.  Check out the chart for help on deciding which document you need.
